Did you know that your lifestyle largely determines whether you will be healthy and active as you age, or in a state of decrepitude? This short quiz will give you an indication on how your lifestyle is shaping up and which age curve fits your current lifestyle profile.
SCORE: < 10
Your age curve is typical or usual and you need to make some lifestyle changes.
SCORE: 10-15
You can be pessimistically / optimistic about your life curve, however, some improvements would be desirable.
SCORE: 15 >
You are moving towards the successful ageing life curve. If you have scored 20 – you might already be there.

However, remember you need to be eternally vigilant.
A good start is to observe the behavioural and biomedical risk factors that can lead to bad health later in life – it is never too late to change.
