Is 60 the new 40? Is 80 the new 60? Is 100 the new 80?
I’m sure you have observed a 60-year-old who looks 80, or more desirably, an 80-year-old who looks 60! Which one would you prefer to be?
Your biological age does not need to be the same as your chronological age.
Disability is not mandatory, and decrepitude is not inevitable, for most of us!
