Case Studies
In my daily life and exercise pursuits, there are several persons over the age of 75 who are ageing successfully. In particular, they are undertaking regular exercise and consuming a healthy diet. Some are still competitive and one has recently completed a swim across the English Channel.
They provide us with the inspiration to remain active.
For privacy reasons I have only provided you with their first names and limited information about their activities.
